Thin layer one after another, the progress that we go through, every stage has its own intensity or lightness. The secret is to stay present and let the nuances of each each stage to exist through you. Transcending implies progression, time and duration; it has its own way of being. Listening and understanding this process gives you the gift of enjoying it.
